Not one for walking all over? Not to worry.  One of St. Lucia’s most popular attractions, and not surprisingly considering the Caribbean island’s topography, is a trip to an active volcanic site. AND they’ll drive you right up to it!

St. Lucia’s, Sulphur Springs, dubbed “The World’s Only Drip-Up Volcano,” offers vacationers an up-close experience of volcanic activity.  Take the tour or walk the park yourself, where you can, not only see but, feel the heat and energy.  Be sure to bring your suit with you so you can take a dip in one of the naturally heated mud baths.

One event St. Lucia offers makes it stand out from other Caribbean destinations though. Every May St. Lucia hosts its very own St. Lucia Jazz Festival.  The festival offers workshops, masterclasses, collaborations, and performances from famous musicians and top local talent. The St. Lucia Jazz Festival is a must for any music-loving Caribbean vacationers out there.
